Winter Getaways

By 1605 Collective
Design, Inspiration
If you are looking for design ideas for the holiday chalet or would like to get to know the best regions to have a winter holiday house, 1605 Collective has prepared a list of the most beautifully designed houses in some remote wintery regions.

Each one of these houses replicates the format of a traditional chalet, which farmers would have used to keep animals in a barn on the ground floor, with a level above for storing feed and an upper story for living.

Instead of focusing on unnecessary decor and accessories, these winter getaways express only the features that were essential to the building and that keeps the overall aesthetic quite simple and practical.
