Shipping & Return

As indicated on our webshop, packages are dispatched twice a week: on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and are clearly specified at checkout.

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your purchase within 14 days, provided it is in its original, new condition and is returned in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Received your purchase damaged or incorrect? You may return products. We will refund the cost of your order excl. shipping costs once we have received the returned products on our address Hazenkoog 9, 1822 BS Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We will cover the return shipping costs.

How to return?

  1. Inform us by sending an email to with your name, address, order number, the name of the products you wish to return and the reason of return.
  2. Return the products in its original packaging to:

  3. We are not responsible if your shipment does not arrive or is lost in the mail. We will refund the cost of your order (excluding shipping costs) once we have received the returned products. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the product was damaged or incorrect.
