Yes. Payments run through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany on orders over EUR 100. Below that, and for other countries, the rate depends on weight and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. As soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse you receive an email with the tracking link.

Not through the shop. Once you have the tracking link, most carriers let you change the delivery day or choose a pick-up point.
