Who we are
These terms apply to consumers ordering through our online store.
1605 Collective is a trading name of 1605 Publishers B.V., at Hazenkoog 9, 1822 BS Alkmaar, the Netherlands. Our Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration number is 83120335 and our VAT identification number is NL862736249B01.

Ordering and payment
The product page describes the item, its version, price, availability and any special delivery information. Check your selection and address before placing an order.
Checkout shows the total amount and any shipping charges before payment. Orders and payments are processed through Shopify. You receive an order confirmation by email.
If information on a product page conflicts with checkout information, contact us before purchasing.
Delivery
Physical items are delivered to the address provided with your order. Available delivery countries, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. For products on request or pre-order, we show the available delivery information before purchase.
A digital gift card is delivered by email and can be used at checkout in our store. Keep the code secure and do not send the full code to customer service.

Withdrawal and returns
Our returns policy and the separate digital gift card policy apply to withdrawal. You do not need to wait for our permission to withdraw from your purchase.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
You have the right to a product that conforms to the contract. These statutory rights remain available beyond the ordinary withdrawal period.
Report a problem to shop@1605collective.com, preferably with your order number and a description or photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and discuss an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
If a return is needed because of damage, incorrect delivery or a fault for which we are responsible, we arrange and pay for return transport.
Complaints and governing law
If you have a complaint, email shop@1605collective.com so we can address it.
Dutch law applies to sales. This does not limit mandatory consumer protection under the law of the country where you habitually live. These terms do not exclude your access to a court with statutory jurisdiction.
